I was reading in a blog the other day about a woman who had decided to go gray but is now wanting to go back, mostly for fun, but also because she's having trouble finding a job.
Anyone gone gray and gone back? How'd it work?

I agree that job hunting as a gray headed woman can be a problem. There are still people who think of us as somehow not as valuable in the workplace as a woman who "appears" to have no gray.
I have been tempted to go back to coloring my hair until I found a better solution (at least for me). I got professional help with makeup and a new hairstyle that complemented my silver hair. With just a few adjustments in the colors I wore and a set of professional head shots, I suddenly began to get rave reviews on my appearance.
I think the key is pulling together a complete look that enhances the image we want to project.

I'm still coloring but whenever I check, I'm getting grayer. I've always said that when I was gray enough, I'd happily be gray. Now that it's upon me, I'm not so sure I'm ready. Curious what made other people take the initial plunge!

Lady Di!
I have the luck to actually know you, and you are a GREAT example of what an updated look can do. I cannot imagine that anyone would look at you with your new do, and glasses and the rest, and not think you were full of vibrance and energy with a wealth of experience to bring to the table.
You just look great...I'm one of those who exclaimed when I saw you after your graduation to your budding second career ;)
You are an inspiring example of how to carry gray off with style and pizazz!
