Use Gratitude To Improve Your Attitude

In the busy-ness of our midlives, and especially for those of us who have been affected by the economic hard times, it's easy to forget that we have many things to be grateful for.  But taking time to acknowledge our gratitude for the blssings in our life is an important way to keep perspective and remind us that there ARE some good things going on.  And, gratitude begets more good things.

Here Bonnie McFarland of La Bella Via shares her insights about the benefits of creating a practice of gratitude and some suggestions for how to do it!
