Are you a midlife woman who
…is looking for more fulfillment?
…is thinking about a course correction to better meet her changing needs and values?
...dreams of re-inventing herself but isn’t quite sure where to start? ...is searching for a future that fits, not the woman she has been, but the woman she is becoming…...but WONDERS… "Who IS She?" Midlife reinvention takes many forms. But often the hard part is simply not knowing how to begin. So, if you’re stuck and aren’t sure where to start. Or if you know what you want but aren’t sure how to get there, you are invited to participate in an 8-session midlife reinvention course.
In this fun, collaborative setting, you will be guided through a powerful self-assessment and group learning process designed to give you more confidence in your unique talents and inspire you to think and act in fresh, innovative ways to move towards your reinvention goals.
You will be working with other women in small groups to help each other design and take a new action step each week that moves you closer to the reinvention goals, big OR small, YOU set for the course.
Participants can expect to develop: - A deeper awareness and appreciation of their unique experiences, skills, gifts and strength
- A clearer picture of their own values, interests and priorities
- An expanded perspective of how to proactively use their skills and gifts
- A personal vision of the meaningful future they want to create
- Renewed confidence in their life’s direction and purpose
- A series of action steps designed to move them towards their reinvention goals (big or small) with the support and encouragement of other women
- Deep insights into their own and others’ reinvention journey
- Valuable coaching and learning skills to apply in both personal and professional settings
The Facilitators
Sue Cullen, M.A., founder of Sue Cullen & Associates in Austin (www.suecullen.com), is passionate about helping individuals and teams identify and achieve their unique missions. For more than 18 years, Sue has inspired and empowered others to reach their full potential through customized workshops and one-on-one coaching in the career development, personal growth, life/work balance and team building arenas. Sue particularly loves working with women who are drawn together by a shared desire to find or rediscover meaning, joy and value in every step of life. She works with them to identify and appreciate their unique skills, gifts, interests and values and then provides tools, support and guidance to help them accomplish their life’s dreams. Allison Allen, M.S., is Founder of WomenBloom.com, a web community inspiring and supporting women to make the most of midlife. Her passion and her background is development work. Over the last 12 years, she has helped communities, organizations, teams, and individuals, fulfill more of their potential. As an adjunct professor at St. Edward’s University, she honed the use of a powerful collaborative process called action learning, where students devise a series of action steps that help them not only find a solution to a ‘hairball problem’ of their choosing, but experience lasting, keen insights about themselves and each other every step of the way. It’s a perfect tool for finding one’s way through a messy process like midlife reinvention.
