"A mature woman can be far sexier than a younger woman for several reasons.  The obvious bit is a woman who has taken care of herself.  I don’t mean she’s undergone plastic surgeries, or wears heavy make-up and the like, but simply that she gives attention to her health and wellbeing, both mental and physical.  

That’s enough to pique my interest, but to keep it…..a mature woman is very alluring when she is living life fully.  She isn’t ‘stuck’ living Groundhog Day, she’s not dwelling on past hurts, she is interested and engaged in learning something new all the time, she is stretching herself.  She doesn’t stay in an unfulfilling job or situation simply because she’s afraid to try something new. She is alive and making the most of her life!

I can’t remember where I heard this quote, but it was something like “Life begins just beyond the edge of your comfort zone”.  A woman living by that advice is the best thing going.

I would also propose that sharing an engaging conversation with a woman who is alive with new ideas and observations as a student of life—and most young hard bodies simply cannot do this--is about the sexiest thing I can think of. There is nothing half so exciting as a conversation with an intelligent woman that centers on "ideas", not things or people.  It's like 'mind sex'. It doesn't matter what kind of wrapping (shell or skin) she may wear or how physically turned on by someone’s appearance one might be.  At the end of the day if you can't have a great conversation, where you truly want to hear what she has to say and you respect her ideas and thoughts on any subject, then what will you do with the other 95% of your life together?  

Sex is great, but sooner or later (they say the honeymoon period of a relationship is a max of two years) you have to have something else going for you.   After all there are lots of pretty people in the world, but it doesn't matter how physically pretty someone is if they don't have a lot else going for them"
