Accessorize

Now that you have the basics down, learn to love accessories. Bold statement pieces are big for fall and winter, and no one looks better in them than you do. Faceted rings, cuff bracelets, and big, bold necklaces in gold or silver combine beautifully with classic pieces such as turtlenecks and shirt dresses but give an extra amount of zing to make you look modern, sophisticated, and oh so sexy. Believe it or not, brooches are also making a comeback, so add those to simple pieces to bring a little life into your wardrobe.

Another accessory that will pull any outfit together is a great handbag. Make sure it is polished, has clean lines, and is proportionate to your body type and stature. Pair a bold colored one with neutral clothing, and no one will know you were questioning your fashion sense.

And finally: shoes. Thank goodness the fashion gods sent us comfortable yet stylish shoes this fall and winter. Flat riding boots, non-athletic sneakers, and textured samba flats will have you looking AND feeling like you’re walking on air.

The Word on “Trendy”

So you’ve got the basics down, but you’re still wondering if you can wear trends. The answer is yes, but you have to actually like them (and not just want to wear them simply because they are trendy).  And, they must look good on your body. As my mother always said, “If you remember wearing a trend the first time it came around, find a new one to love.” The secret here is to combine trends with classic styles. For example, fur trim and brocade are hits right now, and no one is better suited to wear them than Bloomers. Animal prints look great on belts, shoes, and handbags. Luxurious fabrics such as silk, cashmere, and leather are big hits for fall, and no one can pull them off better than you.

What it all boils down to is that you CAN dress in a way that reflects how young you feel without looking like a twenty something. You CAN still let your clothing show your sexy side. You don’t have to look like a fashion model to be beautiful (and you can eat, too!). Fashion means nothing more than wearing clothing that helps you look and feel your best  and highlights the beauty of coming into your own.

These are TN Requin pas cher some of the most well known sneakers that you can buy, and they are generally selling well. Jordans may be happy with the time and effort how the TN Requin organizations placed into creating these sneakers.
